Hardware that's failed — not just discoloured — is repaired free for life on anything I made, for as long as you're on the job; you cover shipping. Modifying gear to fit new connection points, or repairing something I didn't make, is quoted case by case.
Cleaning the leather, replacing hardware that needs it, and reconditioning the whole piece — for gear that needs more than a repair. The $50 minimum covers labour and materials for most pieces; anything beyond that, I'll contact you before doing the work. You cover shipping.
