Everything is made one piece at a time, in the order it comes in. No warehouse, no second shift — when you order, your hide gets cut, and you get a note when it goes on the bench.
What I won’t do
Every piece is cut here from a full side. Nothing bought pre-cut and re-stamped.
Solid brass, nickel, or blackened steel. Hardware is the first thing to fail on cheap gear.
The queue is honest. If it's going to be late, you hear it from me first.
If your measurements look off, I call before I cut.
