SCBA Mask Quick Release
1" wide, one standard size, cut from 9–10 oz Hermann Oak veg-tanned leather. Sailrite quick-release hardware on Chicago screws, so the mask comes off in one pull and the strap comes apart on the bench when it needs a new one.

Made to order in 5–6 weeks, then UPS with tracking. Custom-stamped pieces can’t be returned, but sizing or workmanship problems get fixed or remade at no charge. Email me first.

The parts you cannot see in a catalog photo are the parts that fail first on cheap gear. Here is what you are actually buying.
Built for the job
Thirty dollars covers it however you build it. The stamping and the paint are in the price, not added at the end.
The strap is 1" wide and the stitch line takes part of that, so the letters are 1/2" and symbols will not fit. Up to 8 characters.
Same hide as everything else on the bench, tempered so it breaks in without going limp.
Stitching, hardware, a worn buckle. Send back anything I made and I'll put it right. You pay shipping.

How your strap gets made
Nothing is cut before you order. Five weeks of bench time, in this order.
01Laid out on a single Hermann Oak side, around scars and stretchy belly.
02Your name or number struck in 1/2" letters, then the paint worked into the impression by hand.
03Stitched, then the quick release and the Chicago screws set. Nothing gets rushed to hit a ship date.
04Edges slicked and waxed, leather oiled once, then UPS with a care card.
Sizing & FAQ
How long until my order ships?
5–6 weeks from when you order. Everything is made after the order comes in. Rush placement is +$60 and ships in 10 business days.
Can you match my department's specs?
Usually. Send the spec sheet or a photo of an approved piece through the custom order form and I'll tell you straight whether I can match it.
Do you do department or bulk orders?
Yes. Six pieces or more gets bulk pricing and one invoice. Purchase orders are fine; net 30 for departments.
Can I return a custom piece?
Returns are accepted on non-custom items. Everything here is made to order, though. Once it's cut to your stamp, stain, and size, it's final sale. If the fit or workmanship is wrong, I fix or remake it at no charge. Email me first.
